31st of March 2000. In a house in Elzenstreet in Nijmegen, Holland, a small group of people starts to practice for playing the bagpipe. The had been members of a pipeband, but for several reasons the started their own band.
Batavorum Pipes and Drums Nijmegen is a band for true lovers of Scottish bagpipe music. A good atmosphere and making music together are paramount.
